O&K Möckernstraße

The historic O and K administration building on Moeckernstrasse in Berlin has been carefully restored and reimagined for contemporary use. Designed by Cremer and Wolffenstein, the listed structure blends classic industrial architecture with modern design and a clear material language. In close collaboration with clubmarginal, ZinCuTec refined the metallic surfaces and fittings. The hand finished brass and bronze elements introduce warm accents and highlight the original character of the building.

With precise craftsmanship and a strong sense for material expression, ZinCuTec contributed significantly to the authentic presence and design quality of the project.
