1. Why are the delivery times so long?

Our furniture and home accessories are not mass-produced; they are carefully designed objects. We focus on robust materials, precise craftsmanship, and durable, low-maintenance finishes. In short: quality you can see – and feel. And quality takes time. In return, our products accompany you for a lifetime.

2. How should I care for my ZinCuTec metal products?
For cleaning and maintenance, please use only a polishing cloth lightly dampened with water or a special cleaner for lacquered surfaces. Do not use solvents or aggressive cleaning agents. Ensure that standing water is promptly removed and the surface is dried. More information can be found here.
3. What does ZinCuTec offer besides designer metal furniture?
In addition to exclusive designer furniture, we provide metal surface finishing for projects in art, architecture, and façade design. Our services include custom patinations, surface treatments, and processing techniques. See our services here.

4. Do you deliver in larger quantities?

Delivery of large quantities, for example for gastronomy or hotels, is possible by prior arrangement.
5. What payment methods are available in the shop?
In the ZinCuTec online shop, various secure payment options are available. You may pay conveniently via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna (immediate transfer), or prepayment (bank transfer).

6. Can I cancel or return my order?

As bespoke products are individually made according to your specifications, cancellation or return is unfortunately not possible. This applies, for example, to products made to measure, in a specific design, or with customised finishes. Legally, such customised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
7. What if the goods are damaged during transport?
Please inspect the goods upon delivery for any obvious transport damage and have this confirmed in writing by the delivery driver.
