Joseph-Pschorr Haus

In the heart of Munich’s city center, between Stachus and Marienplatz, the Joseph-Pschorr-Haus was created as an architecturally sophisticated mixed-use building combining retail, residential units, and offices. Its crisp, vertically structured façade design blends glass with high-quality brass elements, giving the building its distinctive character.

In collaboration with Siedle, ZinCuTec contributed to the realization of the patinated brass façade surfaces. The team was responsible for the refinement and surface treatment of the solid brass components. Through meticulous craftsmanship and a controlled patination process, the metal received a noble, deep brown finish with a warm sheen—perfectly matched to the bronze-glass façade.

ZinCuTec’s precise surface treatment makes a significant contribution to the aesthetic quality and cohesive material expression of the building—an example of how technical functionality and architectural ambition come together in premium metal craftsmanship.
