Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us at any time – we are happy to assist you.
Handling & Placement
Weight & Transport
Our furniture is made from solid metal and is therefore heavy. Never attempt to carry a piece alone. Please use appropriate lifting aids or seek assistance.
Sharp / Pointed Edges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some edges or corners may be sharp or pointed. Please position or hang furniture to avoid risk of injury. Wear gloves during assembly if necessary, and ensure children and pets are kept away.
Stability & Anti-Tip Measures
Place furniture only on a level, load-bearing surface. Ensure that shelves, side tables, and freestanding items are positioned securely. The surface must be able to support the weight of the furniture.
For tall furniture, we recommend securing it to the wall using brackets (not included). Use felt pads, protective mats, or rubber buffers on metal feet to prevent scratches or dents. Exercise particular caution when moving furniture on sensitive flooring (e.g., parquet, natural stone). Furniture must not be used as a climbing aid. Improper use may result in serious injury or damage.
Defects or Safety Concerns
If you notice safety-related issues or technical defects, please inform us immediately. Your feedback helps us identify potential risks early and continuously improve our quality. Simply use the contact form to describe your concern in detail, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Disclaimer of Liability
ZinCuTec accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect assembly, unsuitable placement, or use for purposes other than intended. Please note that metal furniture may tip over or be moved if not properly secured – particularly in households with children or pets.
