Consumer: A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Custom-made products (special dimensions) are generally excluded from return.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the production involves individual selection or specification by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• For the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
